What we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email, phone, company name, and addresses you give us.
• Your business with us: orders, quote requests, service requests, your contract pricing, and documents you or your salesperson upload (like pricing contracts and photos).
• Basic technical logs (like error reports) that keep the site working.

What we use it for

To run your account: pricing your tires, filling your orders, scheduling services, and contacting you about them. That's it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't show your pricing to other customers — every account only sees its own.
• We don't run advertising trackers. The only cookies we use keep you signed in.

Who else touches the data

The site runs on trusted service providers (hosting, database, and email delivery) that store data on our behalf. Order and account information may also go into the point-of-sale and accounting systems Tire Services Company uses to run the business. Those providers process it for us — they don't get to use it for themselves.

We also use:

• An AI provider (Anthropic) that answers questions in the site's chat assistant — when you're signed in, the chat includes your recent orders, quote-request status and your account's prices — and reads pricing contracts your salesperson uploads.
• Our payment processor (Stripe), which handles card and bank payments on its own secure page when you pay online.
